Our Journey

Founded in 1980, RKD Construction Pvt Ltd has grown steadily as a construction company in Odisha, shaped by the evolving infrastructure needs of the state and eastern India. In the early years, the focus was simple — strengthen connectivity where it was limited and build road networks that could support regional growth.

As requirements expanded, so did our scope. From local roads and feeder routes, we moved into State Highway and National Highway work, establishing ourselves as a dependable road construction company in Odisha. Over time, our capabilities extended into major bridge construction, flyover development, canal infrastructure, railway projects, smart city infrastructure, large-scale civil works, and more complex infrastructure delivery.

Today, RKD operates as both a highway contractor in Odisha and an experienced EPC contractor in India, with the systems, teams, and technical depth needed to deliver projects to MoRTH and NHAI standards.
